Shannon Garrison

Shannon Garrison, MBA, MJ, is a manager in health care policy strategy at Solventum. She has been with Solventum since 2011. She holds an MBA and a Master’s in health care law and has been in the health care industry for over 25 years in provider, payer and government environments. This is inclusive of almost 10 years with UMASS Medical School as a senior manager of revenue operations where she consulted with multiple state agencies and managed statewide revenue and budgeting work and staff. At Solventum she has worked across many commercial and government payers as well as providers and excels in developing strategies to support effective use of measures, market growth and cost and quality targets. She is also very experienced in creating goals and actionable data templates to achieve population health management. Shannon has experience in leading the implementation and ongoing support of strategic initiatives, including Solventum™ Potentially Preventable Events (PPEs), accountable care models and value-based care (VBC) initiatives.
