How digitally designed composite veneers work

Step 1

First appointment

Your dentist will capture photos and a 3D scan of your teeth, then design your new smile — with your input. You can get 1, 4, 6 or even 10 teeth restored at once.

At your next appointment, your personalized 3D printed mold will be ready for you.

A patient and two dental professionals have a conversation in a modern dental office.

Step 2

Second appointment

Your dentist will:

  • Place your personalized 3D printed mold on your teeth based on digital scans.
  • Fill the mold with a composite material — the same trusted material used for fillings — and bond it to your teeth.
  • Remove the mold, smooth and polish your teeth — and you’re all done
Injecting FSU, A capsule of FSU WB is then inserted into the reservoir. FSU is then injected to fill the veneering space.

Step 3

Enjoy your new smile!

Brush and eat as you normally would after treatment and show off your brilliant smile.

Final restoration. Four weeks later patient came back for a post op visit. Close-up of smiling mouth showing teeth.

Questions? We are here to help.

Typically, all it takes is two appointments before you can enjoy your new smile.

The cost of Clarity™ Composite Veneers varies based on your individual treatment needs, the number of teeth being treated and your provider's location. Because each dental practice sets its own fees, pricing can vary.

Compared to porcelain veneers, Clarity Composite Veneers are often a more affordable option. Many dentists report charging approximately 50% less than porcelain veneers*, making them an attractive solution for patients looking to enhance their smiles while managing costs. Your dentist can provide a personalized treatment plan and cost estimate during your consultation.

Digitally designed composite veneers are a conservative way to enhance your smile. Your dentist will coat the composite material directly on your existing teeth. Tooth reduction — where your dentist removes enamel — is rarely required and, in some cases, neither is anesthesia. Your dentist will guide you toward what’s right for you.

Composite veneers are made from Filtek™ composite materials, which include resin and a patented nanofiller technology. These composites have been trusted in over 2 billion dental restorations over the past 50 years.

Composites are a durable and clinically proven restorative material. With proper care, your composite veneers will look good for years to come.

Your smile may be new, but the way you care for it is the same — regular brushing, flossing and dental visits.  If your composite veneers are damaged, they can be easily and quickly repaired.
