Using our proprietary 3M™ SensaT.R.A.C.™ Pad to adjust and deliver set pressure at the wound site, our integrated therapy unit delivers negative pressure to the wound bed through a reticulated open-cell foam (ROCF) dressing, creating an environment that promotes wound healing. The optional iOn Progress™ Remote Therapy Monitoring System provides the ability to monitor patients’ out-of-hospital negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) adherence. Equipped with a 300ml canister for exudate removal and a 14-hour battery life, the 3M™ ActiV.A.C.™ Therapy Unit allows patients to continue their daily activities of living while providing seamless on-site support in out-of-hospital care settings with the 3M™ V.A.C.® Ready Care Program.
Designed to help enhance at-home patient care, our 3M™ ActiV.A.C.™ Therapy Unit includes Clinician and Patient Mode screens with an audio pause indicator and a countdown timer, along with a mode indicator showing the current date and time, a therapy on-off button, a battery level indicator and other important features.
