Tacie Coleman

Tacie Coleman, RN, BSN, is a clinical analyst at Solventum with more than 14 years of healthcare experience, including time in both dental and nursing. She has been in her current role for the past year, working on the health information systems team and supporting clinical content for Solventum™ CDI Engage One™ and related platforms.

In her role, Tacie uses her clinical background to help improve documentation workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams and support content accuracy through testing and ongoing improvements. She enjoys being able to combine her clinical knowledge with technology and problem solving in her day-to-day work.

Tacie lives in Utah with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors – especially hiking, camping, jeeping, fishing and paddleboarding – and staying busy with her kids’ cheer competitions and baseball games.
