Sian Mussio

Sian Mussio leads marketing for Solventum’s Health Information Systems business in Canada. Combining a background in computer science, business analysis and healthcare technology marketing, she brings more than 20 years of experience with 3M and Solventum. Sian has worked across both local and global transformation initiatives, helping connect technical and business teams to deliver practical solutions that meet customer needs. In her current role, she works closely with Canadian healthcare organizations, including health information management leaders, coding professionals and clinical stakeholders. Through ongoing market analysis and customer engagement, she has developed deep insight into healthcare workflows, industry trends, and the evolving challenges facing healthcare organizations across Canada.

Sian holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a software engineering specialization from Western University, as well as a professional marketing certification. She lives in Ontario with her husband and two children.
