Shera Stack

Shera Stack, MSN, RN, CRC, is a global clinical and coding content manager in Solventum’s Health Information Systems division. She partners with cross functional teams to advance clinical documentation and coding strategies and content across international markets in a sustainable way, aligned with real-world clinical practice.

A registered nurse with 20 years of experience spanning acute inpatient care, ambulatory settings, workers’ compensation case management, and healthcare technology, Shera brings clinical insight informed by formal training in informatics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication science and disorders and a Master of Science in nursing informatics from the University of Pittsburgh. Her background, natural curiosity, and affinity for problem solving support a consistent focus on scalable design, quality, and practical application—grounded in the realities of care delivery and the evolving technologies that support it.
