Mandy Reid

Mandy Reid, MS, RHIA, CPC, serves as global director of facility autonomous coding at Solventum, leading business strategy, product vision and operational alignment for facility autonomous coding across inpatient and outpatient hospital workflows. She holds a master's degree in project management from the College of St. Scholastica and a bachelor's degree in health information administration from the University of Cincinnati, with RHIA and CPC credentials.

Mandy brings more than 30 years of provider-side experience across health information management (HIM), coding, clinical documentation integrity (CDI) and revenue cycle transformation. She partners across product, engineering, data science, clinical content and customer-facing teams to turn real-world workflow needs into roadmap priorities, implementation readiness and scalable automation models that support safe, trusted coding automation.
