David Bowers

David Bowers, MBA, is a senior business manager, clinician productivity solutions, at Solventum. He has more than a decade of product expertise focused on harnessing the capabilities of emerging technologies and effectively integrating them into the clinical workflow. He started his career at M*Modal focused on natural language understanding (NLU) applications that identify gaps in documentation and provide efficiencies in the clinical documentation integrity (CDI) process. His experience with solutions that offer real time nudging towards best practices has led to benefits for clinicians and revenue cycle management teams.  He continues to leverage this expertise in the ambient space, focusing on connecting disparate solutions into a singular and intuitive workflow. David earned his BS in health information management from the University of Pittsburgh and holds an MBA from Boston University.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, skiing, live music, collecting houseplants, and spending time with his pets.
