Colleen has worked as a hospital coder and professional coder, coding supervisor, director of professional coding, director of clinical documentation integrity, and senior director of coding compliance. As a consultant, Colleen provides advisory services for ambulatory CDI, clinical coding and revenue cycle management to Solventum clients.
