Travis Schwalbach

Travis has a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University and currently holds the position of Manufacturing Technology Specialist at 3M. He has a broad range of manufacturing and product design experience including microreplication, adhesive coating, web lamination, digital printing, design for manufacturability, injection molded part design, and automated assembly design. Since joining the 3M Oral Care Division in 2012, Travis’ primary focus has been on the design, development, and scale up of delivery systems, taking them from ideas to prototypes to final product used by clinicians. He is a point of connection between our 3M Business Teams, 3M Labs, 3M Manufacturing Sites, and External Suppliers. He strives to produce quality delivery systems that allow clinicians to complete their work more easily with repeatable predictable outcomes.
