Richard Fuller
Rich Fuller is the director of data analysis and economics for the clinical and economic research group, health information systems, at Solventum. He works within the clinical teams that develop the enanced ambulatory patient grouping (EAPG) and all patient refined diagnosis related group (APR DRG) classification algorithms utilized extensively within hospital payment for Medicaid programs. In his time with Solventum, he worked under direct and indirect contract to CMS, MedPAC, state Medicaid programs, commercial payers and hospitals within the U.S. and internationally. Prior to joining Solventum he worked at Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland and Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has published numerous articles on risk adjustment, payment system design and crafting incentives that obtain value from healthcare spending.
