Kaleigh Myers is manager of regulatory and payer solutions at Solventum. She is a seasoned expert in healthcare payment redesign and population health analytics, bringing over a decade of experience to the field. Kaleigh’s expertise includes value-based program policy design, business requirements development to align with program objectives, and in-depth knowledge of risk adjustment. She has led successful value-based program implementations and has advised organizations on how to ensure accurate risk adjustment.

Kaleigh also specializes in designing population health analyses, managing claims, eligibility and provider data, and delivering education on value-based concepts and Solventum methodologies to both payers and providers. With a deep understanding of value-based care and payment models, Kaleigh is dedicated to partnering with clients to navigate challenges and drive sustainable healthcare reform.

Kaleigh graduated from the University of Albany with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and a Master’s degree in public health. She currently resides in Albany, N.Y. with her husband and two children.
