Joscelyn Thomas

Joscelyn Thomas, BS, RHIT, has more than 20 years of diverse experience in healthcare, ranging from clinical roles, administrative operations, medical coding and consulting. Currently serving as a clinical development analyst at Solventum, Joscelyn specializes in developing content for computer-assisted coding (CAC) tools, including, Solventum™ CodeAssist™ System, Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ System, Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ Professional System and U.S. Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs solutions. Passionate about advancing education on social determinants of health (SDoH), Joscelyn is dedicated to fostering socioeconomic and environmental change.

Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and relaxing at the beach.
