With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare information systems, Ed has championed major growth initiatives in outsourced medical coding services and successfully implemented lean six sigma methodologies to optimize service delivery. His expertise also includes program management for integrated speech recognition in radiology and previous management of implementation and training teams.
Ed holds an MBA in finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University. He is passionate about leveraging technology and process improvement to advance healthcare outcomes and enjoys sharing insights on innovation and best practices in the industry.
