Brinton Frisby

Brinton is the business director for autonomous coding at Solventum. He has led product development for Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ System and revenue cycle solutions for the past 13 years. In 2015 his responsibilities increased to lead product development of the 3M Health Information Systems revenue cycle portfolio.  In this role Brinton is responsible for the product development activities include software engineering, product analyst, quality analyst and data analytics. In 2024 Brinton was named as the business director for the Solventum autonomous coding product platform including world class AI tools trained for medical coding and reimbursement.

Brinton participates on the board of directors for a local nonprofit organization whose mission is to spread financial and technical literacy to elementary aged children. He loves participating in sporting events with his children including traveling with his daughter who plays college soccer in Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, cycling and working on home improvement projects. Brinton has a degree in management information systems from Brigham Young University.
