Walking into the Solventum Client Experience Summit (CES) can feel a little like coming home. Not because you know everyone, but because everyone understands each other’s worlds: the pressures, the pride, the victories behind the scenes in healthcare. Those moments when a workflow change or documentation breakthrough just make life better.

From June 14–17 in Salt Lake City, that feeling returns. I invite you to experience Healthcare Elevated.

It’s more than a theme. It’s our mindset.

Where learning feels like discovery

At Solventum CES, education isn’t a lecture. It’s conversations with friends, peers and those in the same trenches. I always love to watch people lean in, take notes and nod with recognition because they’ve lived the same realities in different hospitals, clinics and health systems.

Across breakout rooms, you’ll find sessions on physician burnout, value-based care, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), coding and audit, and more. But the magic isn’t just in the topics. It’s in the stories. People share what went wrong before something finally went right. They celebrate small wins: a workflow smoothing out, automation lifting the burden from clinicians, a coder shaving minutes off a task that used to take hours. Many sessions even offer CEUs, but often that’s not even the best part. Our attendees tell us they leave feeling lighter, smarter and more hopeful.

Finding your people

Ask past attendees what they remember most, and they probably won’t describe a keynote or slide deck (though my twin routine from CES 2025 was pretty memorable, if you ask me). They’ll talk about the atmosphere. In Salt Lake City, you’ll meet peers who “get it.” You might connect with someone who solved the same problem you’ve been wrestling with, or someone who tried something that didn’t work and can help you avoid the same trap. These hallway meetings often become the most valuable part of the week.

Curiosity takes over at the Solver’s Expo

The Solver’s Expo is a tradition for a reason. It’s hands-on and full of conversations that spark ideas immediately. Attendees and Solventum teams gather around demo stations to explore real workflows and future roadmaps. You might dive into:

  • Autonomous coding
  • AI-driven documentation
  • Revenue integrity
  • Quality measures and value-based care

Interest in AI and automation has never been higher, and the expo gives you space to explore these tools in an unhurried, collaborative way. I can tell you that it’s just so fun to feel the energy of collective problem-solving making the room buzz.

Celebrating impact

Solventum CES isn’t only about learning, it’s about celebrating the people making meaningful change. Last year, dozens of organizations were recognized with Solventum Summit Awards for improving quality, operations and financial outcomes. That tradition continues in 2026, with surprises and joy woven throughout the event.
