There are moments when you can feel something special in the air — a kind of energy that’s hard to explain but unmistakable when you're in it. It’s a feeling of excitement and optimism for what can be accomplished mixed with a real sense of belonging where you are. That was the vibe throughout the 2025 Solventum Client Experience Summit (CES).

From the first wave of arrivals to the final farewells, it was clear that this wasn’t the average event — it was a community of dreamers, innovators and solvers, coming together to share insights, ideas, real conversations and more than a few laughs.

A shared mission and call to action

The summit opened with a powerful keynote from Solventum CEO Bryan Hanson, who reminded us of our shared mission and purpose: to enable better, smarter, safer healthcare. Joined by the Health Information Systems leadership team, Bryan set the tone for a summit that wasn’t just about technology — it was about people. It was about the changing roles, workflows and organizations that make up our healthcare system and how each of us plays a part in shaping its future.

The message was clear: Transformation is happening all around us. AI and automation are no longer concepts on a whiteboard — they’re tools unlocking the reinvention of health information and revenue cycle operations. Change is happening, and it’s accelerating. Now is the time to be a part of it.

Solving together

Throughout the event, the heart of Solventum CES beat as strongly as ever via our customer-led sessions. Incredible case studies showcased real financial, quality and efficiency gains across clinical documentation and revenue cycle workflows. Sessions covering ambient documentation, proactive clinical documentation integrity (CDI), autonomous coding and denials prevention were particularly popular. 

And once again, a crowd favorite, the Solver’s Expo brought together customers and product experts to deep dive into solution features, functionality and roadmaps. We took a whimsical approach to high tea and a serious look at emerging technology. Interest in all things AI and automation was at an all-time high.

Celebration and connection

The event culminated with our Solventum Summit Awards and customer celebration event. More than 50 trailblazing organizations were nominated this year, and we celebrated 14 amazing winners who are driving real change in quality, operations and financial outcomes using Solventum solutions.

We didn’t just recognize success — we celebrated it, luau-style! Complete with island vibes and surprise Disney guests, the night was filled with joy, dancing, and, of course, more than a few selfies. But more than anything, there were smiles. Everywhere.

More than a summit

What we’ll remember most about the 2025 Client Experience Summit isn’t just what we learned — it’s how we felt. Inspired. Energized. Connected. We built new relationships and deepened existing ones. 

Now, as we put a bow on this year’s summit, we’re already looking ahead to 2026. We can’t wait to return to the beautiful Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City under a new theme — Healthcare Elevated — and continue the journey together.
