In healthcare, we don’t wear capes. But every day, we face challenges that require hero-level grit and ingenuity. Whether it’s rising costs, labor shortages or the ever-changing regulatory landscape, the demand to do more with less – and to do it better and faster – feels relentless. Yet, I believe we are guided by possibility. And possibility takes shape when we come together, share ideas and look forward with intention.
That’s why I’m so energized about the 2025 Solventum Client Experience Summit (CES). This is more than an event. It’s a gathering of thinkers, doers and everyday heroes who know that healthcare transformation happens when we work together and focus on a shared mission.
One topic I’m particularly excited about couldn’t be more timely or impactful: autonomous coding. This year’s event will have sessions devoted to understanding and embracing this technology amid the very real pressures you’re facing, such as staffing constraints, budget limitations and the expectation to improve efficiency and accuracy. These friction points can keep us from delivering our best work and outcomes, forcing choices between quality and speed, people and technology.
But what if you didn’t have to choose?
Autonomous coding, when done well, reduces manual burden, enhances consistency and frees up coders to work at the top of their skillset. The result? Increased quality and readiness while helping to ensure better margins, more agility and time to focus on the cases that truly need human expertise.
Commercial health systems and government hospitals and agencies alike are positioned to benefit. In fact, the need to streamline processes and maximize scarce resources is often even more critical in federal environments. Whether you're in Veterans Affairs (VA), the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Indian Health Service (IHS), or whether you work for a small rural hospital or a large health system, this session will spotlight practical insights and outcomes that will resonate.
When it comes to Solventum CES, more than anything, I’m looking forward to the connections, the hallway conversations, the shared experiences, the “we tried that too” moments. Because innovation doesn’t happen in silos. It happens when we pause to ask each other, “How are you solving for this?” It’s in those exchanges that ideas become action.
Healthcare is hard. But we’re not in this alone. When we gather with purpose, incredible things can happen.
So, join us at the 2025 Solventum CES this July 21–24 in Orlando. Bring your challenges, your stories, your curiosity. And maybe even your inner hero. Because this community? It’s full of them.
