Product details

Due to the slightly asymmetrical distribution of the pores, the retention layer lies protected inside the cross-section, while the surface with its open pore structure ensures high filtration performance. The material used is characterized by excellent wetting properties due to polar surface. MacroPES Flat Sheet Membranes possess good thermal welding properties for applications in various industries.
  • 3M™ MacroPES™ is available in large nominal pore sizes of 3µm and 5µm
  • 3M™ MacroPES™ Flat Sheet Membranes can be sterilized by ETO- and gamma-irradiation
  • Good processability due to high mechanical strength
  • Low tendency to blocking

  • Made from Polyethersulfone
