About the product

3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges are designed to provide fast rinse-up times and flow rates with a low pressure drop for process water, ultrapure water (UPW) and microelectronics applications. Featuring a hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with polypropylene construction, these filters are flushed with 18-MegaOhm water and are suitable for high purity chemicals.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges are compatible with a wide range of chemicals for critical microelectronics applications that require high particle retention and high flow rates with filter ratings of 0.04 and 0.20μm. High flow rates help increase the rate of re-circulation, allowing you to achieve particle counts faster without requiring IPA pre-wetting.

Each filter is integrity-tested and flushed with 18-MegaOhm water before shipment, making LifeASSURE EPF Filter Cartridges suitable for UPW and high purity chemicals.

Hydrophilic PES membrane.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges have a hydrophilic PES membrane that provides a high flow rate to help increase the rate of re-circulation, allowing you to achieve particle counts more rapidly with no IPA pre-wetting required.

Suitable for critical microelectronics applications.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges are ideally suited for critical microelectronics applications including process water, ultrapure water and aqueous-based chemicals that require high particle retention and high flow rates with filter ratings of 0.04 and 0.20μm.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges contain a hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane and are available in 10 in. (254 mm), 20 in. (508 mm), 30 in. (762 mm) and 40 in. (1,016 mm) cartridge lengths (nominal) with a maximum operating temperature of 176°F (80°C).
