Kerramax Care Dressings are a range of super-absorbent dressings that absorb and retain high amounts of wound exudate1*. The unique wicking layer evenly distributes fluid both horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing, utilizing the full absorption capacity. Exudate is locked away, including bacteria2* and MMPs3* creating an optimal environment for wound healing, supporting a positive patient experience4. Its high conformability allows the dressing to be folded to suit a variety of different wounds.
