Global survey captures healthcare professionals’ views on innovation
Aug 26, 2025 | Read time: 3 min
We asked over 4,000 healthcare professionals across eight countries how innovation shows up in their work — what excites them, what challenges them and what they need to thrive. One standout insight: 93% say they welcome innovation, even as they acknowledge the complexities and added stress it can bring. As a new company with a long legacy of creating life-changing solutions that touch millions of lives, we’re listening closely to understand how innovation is truly experienced on the front lines.
Their feedback revealed key themes shaping the future of innovation in healthcare:
- The desire for innovation comes with concerns about added stress
- While the impact of AI is seen as mostly positive, many are still skeptical
- Patient safety remains a top priority
- Global collaboration fuels healthcare innovation
- Inequities are a concern, with oral health being a top priority
