Designed to be used as a component in medical devices, the Solventum™ Medical Tape, 4579 is a single-sided tape featuring our proprietary extended wear acrylate adhesive with a translucent polyurethane film backing and translucent polyethylene film carrier.

Featuring a thin film that conforms to the skin, the tape can be stretched and removed as needed while significantly extending the wear time and durability of medical devices. It can also be integrated into healthcare products, including extended wear applications, while maintaining skin integrity.
- Breathable, translucent, fluid-resistant, biocompatible tape features a thin, configurable* polyurethane backing which may be incorporated into healthcare medical devices or device overlays.
- *Can be ordered at different lengths and widths.
- Coated with pressure-sensitive extended wear tackified acrylate adhesive that provides long-term wear options while maintaining skin integrity.
- Adheres to low surface energy (LSE) materials and can be worn in wet conditions.
- Includes printable backing and liner.
- Compatible with ethylene oxide sterilization.
