Ideal for wounds requiring negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and offloading, these dressings support V.A.C.® Therapy alongside offloading devices and help keep intact skin dry.

Simplify dressing applications for wounds in pressure-sensitive areas that require offloading with our V.A.C. Granufoam Bridge Dressings, featuring an integrated design that allows you to place the SensaT.R.A.C.™ Pad away from the wound site. The moisture-wicking layers help keep intact skin dry, making our dressing ideal for full-thickness pressure ulcers and lower extremity ulcers, including venous leg ulcers (VLUs), and diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs).
Our V.A.C. Granufoam Bridge Dressing kit includes one V.A.C.® Granufoam™ Dressing (three pre-cut circular pieces and two pre-cut rectangular pieces, 6x17 x 1.9cm), one Granufoam™ Bridge Dressing (67cm) with an integrated SensaT.R.A.C.™ Pad for easy application, one sheet of perforated V.A.C.® Drape with a pre-cut hole, five removal V.A.C.® Drape Strips and one disposable ruler.
The V.A.C. Granufoam Bridge includes an integrated bridge allowing for SensaT.R.A.C.™ Pad placement away from wound site which allows for off-loading treatment. It has a moisture wicking layer helping intact skin stay dry and is designed to simplify dressing application.
