About the product
3M™ MicroPES™ Capillary Membrane are hydrophilic capillaries made of biocompatible Polyethersulfone. Their asymmetric pore structure offers a perfect balance with highly selective filtration characteristics in combination with minimized flux barriers.
Product details
- Available in three formats: bundles, single threaded spools, and knitted mats
- Elongation at break and tensile strength of 3M™ MicroPES™ Capillary Membranes is comparable to other synthetic membranes
- May be sterilized by Ethylene Oxide (ETO) gassing, gamma-irradiation, electron beam-irradiation, as well as steam-sterilization, provided that a suitable PUR system is used for embedding
- Inherent hydrophilicity even after drying
