About the product
3M™ LifeASSURE™ MFE Series Filter Cartridges are designed for high purity chemicals in the electronics industry. These hydrophobic PTFE membranes with polypropylene components are flushed with 18-MegaOhm DI water, providing excellent chemical resistance and high-efficiency contaminant reduction in acids, bases, solvents and photoresists used in semiconductors and microelectronics applications.

- Robust, hydrophobic PTFE membrane filter and polypropylene hardware provide excellent resistance in aggressive chemical filtration applications
- Radial pleat construction with Advanced Pleat Technology (APT) provides an increased throughput, a low differential pressure and high pore volume for a long filter life
- Excellent compatibility with a wide range of chemicals
