Our mission—enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives—guides how we serve patients, support healthcare professionals and protect the planet. With more than 20,000 employees across 38 countries, we’re just getting started.

We put people first—patients, employees and the communities we serve.
Our social impact strategy focuses on access to care, employee well-being, inclusion and community engagement. We’re committed to promoting employee health and safety, supporting our communities and expanding access to care. In 2024, we:
- Donated more than $1.2 million to nonprofit partners
- Launched the Solventum Cares Assistance Fund for employees facing hardship
- Established the Inclusion and Belonging Council to foster a strong culture of employee engagement and connection
Expanding access through data
Solventum’s Clinical Risk Group's software helped the Egyptian Health Department in Illinois better identify and understand the complexity and level of risk for its clients to help determine the need for proactive education or outreach.
Dental Health for Rural Children
A walking campaign with the China Oral Health Foundation funded preventive dental care for more than 2,000 children in rural areas.

Creating efficient packaging for a healthier environment

Environmental stewardship
We recognize that human health and planetary health are interconnected.
As part of our climate strategy, Solventum is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and sourcing 100 percent renewable electricity by 2030. To achieve this goal, we’re working to reduce emissions, design more sustainable products, and improve operational efficiency. As of 2024, we have:
- Reduced Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 21.9 percent since 2021
- Transitioned 10 manufacturing sites to renewable electricity
- Achieved zero landfill status at 56.5 percent of manufacturing sites
Enhancing energy efficiency
Two flagship Solventum sites are cutting over 2,000 metric tons of CO₂e —prioritizing energy efficiency to protect the planet.
Governance
We lead with transparency and accountability.
Solventum’s ESG strategy is guided by a cross-functional advisory committee and overseen by our board of directors. In 2024, we established governance frameworks, conducted a double materiality assessment and aligned with global standards including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Building a speak-up culture
Solventum’s Ethics and Compliance program encourages employees to raise concerns. In 2024, our reporting rate exceeded industry benchmarks, and our lower-than-average anonymity rate reflected strong trust in our investigation process.
