我們的支柱

Social impact

We put people first—patients, employees and the communities we serve.

Our social impact strategy focuses on employee well-being, inclusion and community engagement. We’re committed to promoting employee health and safety, supporting our communities and expanding access to care. In 2025, we:

  • Launched the Solventum Charitable Foundation
  • Matched eligible employee donations and volunteer time, resulting in over $760,000 in combined giving to more than 1,900 nonprofit organizations
  • Supported employees through the Solventum Cares Assistance Fund, awarding grants globally to help navigate hardships such as natural disasters, illness or injury
  • Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Companies to Work For — across Overall, Health Care and Research, and Midwest Region categories

Solventum Charitable Foundation

In 2025, we launched the Solventum Charitable Foundation, an independent nonprofit that is committed to supporting our employees, strengthening the communities where we live and work, and providing assistance during times of disaster and crisis.

Solving with Heart

In 2025, we celebrated our first annual patient event, Solve with Heart. We connected directly with the people we serve to hear their first-hand experiences and understand the real-world impact of our solutions.

Delivering educational resources

Solventum has a robust offering of learning programs designed to educate healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum solutions. In 2025, we provided more than 118 educational grants globally to professional societies and academic institutions through Healthcare Professional Education and Clinical Fellowships.

Dental Health for Rural Children
A walking campaign with the China Oral Health Foundation funded preventive dental care for more than 2,000 children in rural areas.

Environmental stewardship

We recognize that human health and planetary health are interconnected.

Advancing climate progress

As part of our climate strategy, Solventum is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) by 2050 and sourcing 100 percent renewable electricity by 2030. To achieve this goal, we’re working to reduce emissions, design more sustainable products, and improve operational efficiency. As of 2025, we have:

  • Reduced Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 42.2% since 2021
  • Sourced 100% renewable electricity at 17 sites through use of direct procurement or renewable energy certificates (RECs)
  • Achieved 82% renewable electricity, exceeding our goal of 80% of total electricity sourced from renewable sources by 2025
  • Deployed our New Product Introduction process to encourage climate-conscious design, track sustainability features and drive innovation aligned with our sustainability commitments

Solving for waste reduction

As we work to solve for our customers, we seek to develop products that can be reused, repaired or recycled where appropriate. For example, our clear challenge pack for sterilization monitoring enables visual inspection of key indicators without opening the pack. This transparent, easy-to-use design may reduce process challenge device (PCD) waste by up to 82% by weight compared to the 3M™ Attest™ Super Rapid Steam Clear Challenge Packs.1

1 “Waste” refers only to the weight of discarded product and packaging. This is not an environmental impact claim. Comparison assumes equivalent use per sterilization cycle. Other factors like recyclability, emissions or life cycle performance are not included. Supporting data available upon request.

Reducing the use of virgin materials

Solventum continues to integrate recycled materials into our packaging designs, reducing reliance on virgin materials. For example, the 3M™ Tegaderm™ CHG product family sold in the United States, Canada and EMEA are packaged in cartons made from 100% recycled content paperboard with at least 35% post-consumer recycled content.2

2 Applies only to the primary carton used for products 1657, 1658, 1659, 1660, 1664 and 1665. It does not apply to bulk configurations of these products, which do not use the same carton materials.

Governance

We lead with transparency and accountability.

Solventum’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy is guided by a cross-functional advisory committee and overseen by our board of directors. In 2025, we continued to strengthen our governance frameworks and refine internal systems, processes and controls. We align with global standards including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

Building a speak-up culture

Solventum’s Ethics and Compliance program encourages employees to raise concerns. In 2025, our reporting rate exceeded industry benchmarks, and our lower-than-average anonymity rate reflected strong trust in our investigation process.

Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI)

At Solventum, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to transform how we innovate and deliver care. By enabling smarter, more personalized care, we empower teams and partners to reach more patients and drive better outcomes.
