Designed to help simplify dressing applications on closed linear incisions and to manage procedures with multiple incisions, our system comes with two integrated 13cm Prevena Peel and Place Dressings that you can apply to various anatomical locations for orthopedic, plastic, general, vascular and cardiac surgical procedures.
Delivering up to seven days of continuous -125mmHg NPWT to incision sites and the surrounding soft tissue, our system also includes a Prevena™ 125 Therapy Unit that removes fluid from the incision site and stores it in a separate 45ml canister. You can help optimise the healing environment of the closed incision and protect the surgical incision from post-operative surgical site infections (SSIs) by using Prevena Therapy to bolster and stabilise closed incisions, hold incision edges together, decrease lateral tension and stress and reduce post-operative edema.
- Provides up to seven days of continuous NPWT at -125mmHg with the Prevena Plus 125 Therapy Unit (seven-day).
- Visual and audible safety alerts notify you and your patients of a low battery, full canister or air leaks.
- Attach the Prevena Plus Canister 45ml to the Prevena Therapy Unit to collect and store fluid away from the surgical site.
- Simplify linear and closed incision dressing applications with two integrated one-piece Prevena Peel and Place Dressings that deliver NPWT across incisions up to 13cm long.
- Designed with our proprietary Reticulated Open-Cell Foam (ROCF), Prevena Therapy delivers continuous -125mmHg across the surgical site while the skin-friendly interface layer wicks fluid away.
