創造適當的療癒條件對於難以癒合的傷口至關重要。處理發炎和生物負擔是一個重要的步驟。雖然膠原蛋白對抗基質金屬蛋白酶(MMPs)有效,但它對彈性蛋白酶,另一種豐富的蛋白酶的影響有限。In vitro 研究顯示,將氧化再生纖維素(ORC)與膠原蛋白結合使用,比單獨使用膠原蛋白在降低MMP和彈性蛋白酶活性方面具有更大的效果,這兩者都是非癒合傷口的高度預測指標3-4

 

彈性蛋白酶在難以癒合的傷口中扮演著關鍵角色。它在受傷後不久就會出現,並且可以損害包括5-7
