The 3M™ Encapsulated System Holder consists of two configurations; a pilot system that is ideal for scale‐up studies and small scale operation, and a production system that is designed for large production scale biomanufacturing. The 3M™ Encapsulated System Holder has a built‐in torque limiter that will signal that the assembly is properly sealed. The 3M™ Encapsulated System Holder's ergonomically designed hardware pivots between horizontal and vertical positions allowing for fast and convenient loading and unloading at waist height, effective utilization of the filter media, minimal fluid spills during unloading, and a smaller footprint during filtration and storage.
