The LP media has a positive charge that pulls out more negatively charged contaminants compared to a mechanical filtration mechanism alone. It allows the economical, small scale clarification of pharmaceutical, biological and bioprocess. The Scale-Up Capsule filters with 170cm2, 340 cm2 and 1020 cm2 media are designed for intermediate scale studies and low volume production filtration.
