We manufacture Micro-Klean™ RP series filters with a rigid, graded porosity, all-polypropylene construction and an extrusion bonded technology. Benefits include increased surface areas for extended filter life along with high particle removal efficiency at high flow rates (flux).

Our rigid construction for the Micro-Klean™ RP series filter provides consistent performance, extended service life and fewer filter change-outs. Our manufacturing process provides a high degree of fibre-to-fibre thermal bonding, without the use of binders, to produce a rigid, core-less filter structure with the following properties:
- Does not unload contaminants as differential pressure increases, as typical melt-blown filters may.
- Grooves machined into the cartridge’s surface more than double the effective surface area, reducing premature blinding of the outer surface by large particles and gels.
- Exhibits exceptionally low differential pressure for a given filter rating.
- Continuous integral length filter element is easy to install and has no bond joints to break.
*Surfaces that are in contact with water are FDA CFR-21 compliant.
Micro-Klean™ RP series filters are suitable for a wide range of particle-control and equipment protection applications in the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries.
