The 3M™ Bair Hugger™ Surgical Access Warming Blanket, 57000 is a single-use full-body forced-air warming blanket that helps prevent hypothermia and maintain normothermia, which has been shown to reduce the risk of complications such as surgical site infection (SSI)(1,2). The flexible design includes 2 resealable hose ports for versatile positioning of the warming unit, making the blanket adaptable to a variety of procedures.

- Single-use full-body forced-air warming blanket with 2 convenient resealable hose ports provides excellent heat transfer and flexibility in positioning the warming unit on either side of the patient
- Consists of soft, comfortable, lightweight material with natural dry rubber latex not present as a material of construction
- Attached clear head drape retains warm air around the intubated patient's head and allows observation by the clinician
- Integrated adhesive secures the surgical access window to the patient
- Foot drape minimises risk of thermal injury to the feet and lower leg area
- Large surgical 13.5” x 22” (34 cm x 56 cm) access window provides patient access for the surgeon
- Perforations across the blanket deliver uniform convective warming

Suggested Applications
- 3M™ Bair Hugger™ Temperature Management Solutions are indicated for hypothermic patients or normothermic patients for whom induced hypothermia or localized temperature therapy is clinically indicated. In addition, the solutions can be used to provide patient thermal comfort when conditions exist that may cause patients to become too warm or too cold. The temperature management systems can be used with adult and pediatric patients. Bair Hugger Temperature Management Solutions should only be used by trained medical professionals.
