The AbThera SensaT.R.A.C. Dressing, when used with Negative Pressure Therapy provided by the V.A.C.® Ulta Therapy Unit provides an active temporary abdominal closure system, designed to remove fluids from the abdominal cavity and draw wound edges together, helping to achieve primary fascial closure while protecting abdominal contents from external contaminants.
Each AbThera SensaT.R.A.C. Dressing kit consists of 1 x AbThera Fenestrated Visceral Protective Layer, 2 x AbThera Perforated Foam, 1 x SensaT.R.A.C. Pad, and 4 x V.A.C.® Drape sheets.
