For biological applications where virus reduction is desired, use 3M™ Zeta Plus™ VR Series Filter Cartridge. Our filter media is Quality Control tested on a lot release basis for the presence and magnitude of positive charge. A range of scaleable cartridge sizes and sanitary housings enables for ease of development. The Zeta Plus™ VR Series filter media comprises a mixture of high surface area inorganic particles, cellulose, and a positively charged crosslinking polymer. This positive charge enhanced depth filtration combines mechanical entrapment and anion exchange for improved removal of many negatively charged containments. FDA Drug Master File (DMF) and our Regulatory Support File eases validation and regulatory submission.
