The LP media has a positive charge that pulls out more negatively charged contaminants compared to a mechanical filtration mechanism alone. It allows the economical, small scale clarification of pharmaceutical, biological and bioprocess. These filters meet the requirements of USP Class VI Biological Reactivity Tests and meet the strict requirements specified in the Drug Master File, including product control and traceability. The Scale-Up Capsule filters with 170cm2, 340 cm2 and 1020 cm2 media are designed for intermediate scale studies and low volume production filtration.
