Promogran™ Matrix Wound Dressing is transitioning to Solventum™ Promogran™ Collagen matrix with ORC. This matrix is a protease modulating matrix composed of collagen and oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC).
Product details
The dressings were developed to maintain a moist microenvironment that is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization, and rapid wound healing. The matrix is a freeze dried composite that consists of 55% collagen and 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC).
